Primary Goal
To create an app that has an easy user flow to cut down on the time spent standing in line waiting to order an ice cream. The app would allow to user to either pickup the ice cream or have it delivered.
Problem to Solve:
Everyone loves ice cream but it can be frustrating with time constraints when you have to stand in a long line to satisfy your sweet tooth.
Takeaways
The new app allows users to quickly and effectively order ice cream without waiting in such a long line.
I could conduct another round of usability studies to make sure the paint points the users experienced have been addressed.
What I Learned
When designing the Sweet Tooth app, I thought users wanted a healthier version of ice cream to choose from, when in reality they wanted a faster and more efficient way to order it.
Sweet Tooth
I created a brand new app called “Sweet Tooth” that will help busy parents, elderly individuals, and college students order ice cream easily to fit around their busy schedules. The app gives the user the convenience to order ice cream anywhere and pick it up or have it delivered to their home.
Project Role:
UX Designer designing an app called Sweet Tooth from conception to delivery.
